We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Returns

We want you in the right fit. If it's not right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned with tags attached
• In the original packaging where possible

To start a return, email torve.info@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you next steps.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
